So you’re probably a class-A music snob. You’ve probably amassed a huge collection of 24/96 lossless files and SACDs. You probably own a Pono. And of course, you’d be so proud of your extensive vinyl record collection, full of rare LPs and other great and obscure music.
But do you have a tortilla somewhere in your music library?
Didn’t think so.
Rapture Records on YouTube decided that the lack of playable tortilla records is a travesty and they took matters into their own hands. Putting an uncooked flour tortilla in a laser cutter, they managed to make an actual working record out of Mexican food wrappers.
Heck, they even managed to play the damn tortilla record on different speeds:
Come on. This is the pinnacle of human achievement.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to make myself a burrito.
