It’s Sammer!!!! or, Oh dear Lord this frigging heat is unbearable

You know, for a while I totally forgot that I had a blog. You see, I’ve been buried neck down in work (no, really) and a lot of other extracurricular activities. No, I’m not talking about the illegal kind, you doofus. I’m spending a lot of time working with my three bands, playing the bass and the occasional keyboards and we’re making awesome progress with our music. One band’s already considering recording shit for an EP.

But I’m really updating this blog because I just want to whine about how fucking hot it is right now. Really, this is like the worst heat I’ve encountered in ages. Okay, okay, I know I’m really fat right now and I’m pretty sure all those layers of blubber must’ve insulated and turned up the heat a couple of degrees for me, but whatever. Notes on Holy Week

I started this Holy Week thing with high hopes. This year, I hoped to start reflecting and doing some inner discovery stuff like that. I mean, after the major fail that was last year, I’d rather do something positive for myself for once. And by positive, I mean anyhing that gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside, not unlike wanking off. Except that I’ll try not to wank off.

I failed.

Don’t get me wrong. Also, don’t judge me. I tried really hard to be a good citizen last week, but really, the internet wouldn’t let me. Also, I’ve discovered a new way to shift the blame of whatever bad shit I do: I blame the internet. You should try it too. Saaya Irie pictures giving you weird tingly crotchal feelings about underage girls? Blame it on the web. Reading about the Manson family giving you the urge to do a similar killing spree? Internet.
