You may have noticed that I’ve been posting non-retarded stuff on the blog for quite some time already. You see, being retarded requires too much energy, and lately I’ve been finding myself having less and less of it. So I decided to be less retarded for a change. But of course people don’t want to see me without any mental afflictions, so I’m not gonna be unretarded in this blog.
Thus I decided to create The BassLine.
The BassLine will be my repository of reviews of mostly anything: music, gadgets, comics, books, blogs, and stuff like that. In fact, I already posted quite some stuff in there already. But no, you won’t be able to find any of my emoness on that blog, as my emoness are locked up in a secret location and if you know how emo I’ve been recently, I’d have to kill you.

On another note, there’s this thing going around called the 2000 Bloggers Project. It was started by a guy named Tino, and his goal was to link to 2000 bloggers. And thanks to Jaypee, I was able to hear about this and apply for a link. So if you want to apply for a link, just visit this page, and leave a comment with a link to your blog. Also, you need to have a profile picture. Sorry, but that’s the way it goes.

For some unknown reason, my face is found there too since a couple of weeks ago. Even before the Blog Parteeh, I think. Can’t complain; so many link loves to last me a lifetime. I want to add my brother but being on dial-up, the page wouldn’t load completely, hehe.

Tino has stopped the project because of the issues it created with Technorati and becoz of some bloggers complaining and wrongly accusing him of creating a chain blog, splog or link farm..whatever you call it. I’m sure it wasn’t Tino’s intention to make it into something like that. He had a great idea and wanted to showcase it. Too bad that many are opposing and complaining about it and that created the pressure.
