Dash Media? They’re so awesome. I became gay because of them.

Poldo made some pretty nice points on how we could make it as an awesome blog network. And being shamed by his entry (I am never really a team player), I promise to post some entries here every now and then regarding Dash Media and how awesome we are. Because we at Dash Media may not be as famous as Brian George Lindemann, but we are masturbatory fodder. 
First off, let me just inform you that Dash Media has already been soft launched, and even though some pages aren’t still up (Marco the site guy, I’m talking to you), the response has been quite overwhelming. unfortunately, Dash Media’s going through some hosting problems right now, but it’ll be fixed asap. It better be.
In line with this, I ask this from the Dash Media people (What do we call ourselves? Dashers? Dash Media-ers? Dashings? Badashers?) to keep on pimping The Dash! You can start by posting about the community every now and then, and when you find an entry that you feel is interesting, don’t just comment on it, pimp the article on your blog! It’ll raise our Google Page Rank and make us AdSense types richer, or something SEO-ish like that.
And seeing Poldo’s sweet modified Dash Media badge, I also decide to make some of my own and share it with you guys. Because I’m generous like that.

Also, I invite you to check out the cool Dash Media RSS thingie on my sidebar. I’m not putting that to prevent people from going to the main site, but to increase awareness on the network and for me to better keep track on the latest posts. If you want that on your sidebar, you can copy and paste this code on your sidebar:

Also, if you’re not part of The Dash, There will be a new round of submissions open this November. Just keep an eye on Dash Media, and submit your blog when it’s ready. Just be awesome, and you might be part of the most exciting, awesome, and masturbation-worthy blog network to hit the Philippine blogosphere.

heniway, i’m loving the BADASHERS. its an immediate counter-action to those will accuse you of being homophobic. you’ll also get the gay community. on this line, why not use the international symbol of gay pride as your dashmedia banner…the rainbow. you make a statement that you embrace diversity and that you are queer-friendly so that you get license to make jokes about gayness in general. a win-win situation, my friend!
i hope i earned my lunch…or whatever it is that you offer to those who participate in this critical stage in dashmedia’s life.

Well, Dash Media is the newest and most exciting blog network in the Philippines, focused primarily on creating awesome content and creating a strong tight community.

Really smart. At least mommy blogs with agonizingly pink templates won’t feel so terribly alienated by the choices.
